Don Quijote brewery in Mexico. Probably either the Cervezeria Cuauhtemoc in Monterrey or Cervezeria Central in D.F. The first cart is a Cuauhtemoc brand, so the photo was taken sometime after Cuauhtemoc bought out Central in 1929.
